Ingredients

Cake Batter:
1 cup of berry ice cream
¾ cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar

Icing:
Cool whip
Orange Gummy bears
Purple Sprinkles

Directions

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place 12 mini cupcake liners in a dozen mini muffin pan
Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full with cake batter
Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean
Cool completely before adding toppings
