Ingredients

1 ½ cups self rising flour
1 pint ice cream, any flavor

Directions

Allow ice cream to melt. Stir into flour until thoroughly mixed. Turn into a small loaf pan which has been sprayed with baking spray. Bake in a 350 deg oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan before turning out to slice.
