Macaroni and Ham with Cheese in One Pot Friday, June 7, 2013

Ingredients

4 or 5 cups water
1 TBSP salt
8 oz Macaroni or any small pasta (bow ties look very nice)
8 oz diced ham
8 oz Velvetta Cheese, cubed
8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
½ to ¾ cup milk

Directions

Bring the salt and water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until just barely al dente. Drain completely and return to pot. Stir in the ham and cheeses. Stir lightly until cheese is almost melted. Stir in milk to reach desired consistency. Serve hot.
