Mrs. Hunter's Meat Salad Filling August 1, 2014

Ingredients

1 lb good ground beef
2 carrots (med) ground
1 green bell pepper (med) ground
1 onion (med) ground

Directions

Cook meat in boiling salted water until done. Drain well and mix with carrot, bell pepper and onion. Combine with enough mayonnaise to make a spread. This must be used at room temperature to be good. Do not refrigerate. Very good on toasted bread.
