Ingredients

A Dollywood Recipe

Russian Black Bread 2 slices
Butter Spread 2 oz
Mustard 1 oz
Swiss Cheese 2 slices
Red Onion Slice 2 ea
Pastrami 4 oz

Directions

1. Butter one side of each slice of bread, then spread mustard on the other side of each slice. 2. Place one slice on sandwich press (butter side down) and add cheese then pastrami, onion rings the other piece of cheese. Top with other piece of bread (mustard side down). Then close press and grill for 3 min or until cheese is completely melted.

If you do not have a sandwich press, a George Forman grill will work. If you do not have a George Forman grill, place in a skillet and place another skillet (or other weight on top. After about 3 minutes, turn to brown on the other side.
