Ramen Beef Tomato Noodle Skillet Friday, August 15, 2012


1 package of Ramen Noodles crunched up
2 cans diced tomatoes, not drained
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lb ground beef
1 TBSP Italian seasoning


Brown the beef and drain. Add the tomatoes, corn, seasoning and noodles. Make sure to add the seasoning package to the meal. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Continue to boil until most of the tomato juice is evaporated and the noodles are soft.

Now just to show you how nice we are, here is a bonus.

Ramen Trail Mix

1 pkg Ramen Noodles, broken into pieces (save seasoning packet for another recipe)
2 TBSP oil
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup dried raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Heat oil in a small frying pan. Add ramen and almonds and saute until brown and crispy. Cool. Add remaining ingredients in a ziploc bag, seal the bag and shake to combine. Enjoy!
