1 Food City Deep chocolate cake mix
Mocha flavored non dairy liquid (in the dairy case) coffee creamer
Other ingredients for making the cake
Spray two 9 inch layer pans or a 9x13 inch pan with baking spray. Mix the cake as directed on the box EXCEPT use the coffee creamer for the liquid. Pour cake into prepared pans and bake according to the times on the box. Allow to cool about 5 minutes in the pan before turning out and allowing to cool completely.
You can make a tasty frosting by mixing Food Club cream cheese frosting with an equal amount of cream cheese at room temperature. Then stir in ¼ cup cocoa. Alternately, you can make a half recipe of this frosting and spread a thin layer over the cooled cake. Then decorate with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
