Ingredients

Echo Bistro and Wine Bar

8 shrimp (16/20 count)
1 TBSP Butter or olive oil
1 TBSP Diced garlic
1/4 CUP Seasoned flour
¼ CUP Diced tomato
1 TBSP Diced parsley
1/4 CUP Sliced shitake mushrooms
1/4 CUP White wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat butter or oil. Add garlic & mushrooms. Cook 1 minute. Lightly flour shrimp and sauté on each side for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, parsley and white wine, simmer for 30 seconds. Check for salt and pepper and serve.
