Hummus with BKW Wednesday, August 28, 2013


2 cups garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon BKW Original Big Kahuna Blend
1 tablespoons parsley
1-3 tablespoons olive oil


Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor, and process until smooth. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with pita chips. Or even better, bake pita triangles with a bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of BKW in a 350 deg oven until crispy and slather it on those.
