KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Kylie Grace turned four on August 14, 2012.

But it hasn't been much of a party.

She's been battling brain cancer since she was two years old.

Nikki Cline, Kylie's mother says, "I tell the doctor all the time that machine has to be wrong, Or you mixed this up with another kid."

You would never know she has terminal cancer, other than her smooth head.

She lost her locks from chemo treatments.

Most recently she had surgery to remove screws placed in her head when she had one tumor removed.

Now she has four tumors.

Kline says the cancer is on her spine too.

A family friend Barbara Haworth says "It's heartbreaking. From the first surgery to watching and seeing when she is sick when she does the chemo. It's just heartbreaking. Kylie is my inspiration. That's what I tell everybody."

Haworth is the organizer behind the first and now second annual Benefit Bike Ride for Kylie Grace.

Last year they had over 80 motorcycles and this time they expect more, at least double, since more riding clubs are involved, like the Shepherds Riding Club.

They (Shepherds RC) were formed by Gary Christian in memory of his daughter Channon.

She was carjacked, tortured and killed, along with her boyfriend Chris Newsom.

A member of the Shepherds R.C., Erin Warwick Martin says, "Channon loved kids so this is something that would be real important to her. She will be watching us all day that day."

The ride starts at Quaker and will end @ Karns Pavilion on Oak Ridge Hwy with a birthday bash for Kylie.
