Posted: Fri 3:38 PM, Mar 09, 2012

WEST KNOXVILLE-Tenn (WVLT) -- Dave Marsden collects pop tops from soda and food cans and sells the aluminum for charity.

He can get about 50 cents per pound.

The money goes towards the Shriners Burn Center for kids and the Wish Upon A Star Foundation that grants wishes for sick children.

For twelve years now he has been collecting the tops and lids and will gladly accept your collection to put towards the children.

Dave can be reached at 865-470-2648.
