WEST KNOXVILLE, Ten. (WVLT) -- Twice a week for four hours, 88 year old Mary Louise Evon is at the Humane SOciety of the Tenessee Valley taking care of the pets.
She says, "I think I do more here than I do at home, I keep busy but it's good. It's better than just sitting around looking out the window."
SHE'S 88 AND PART OF HER WEEKLY ROUTINE INCLUDES THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE TENENSSEE VALLEY.
SHE'S HERE'S TWICE A WEEK - FOR FOUR HOURS AT A TIME.

SOUNDS LIKE A DIRTY JOB, BUT TO MARY, IT'S NOT WORK. IT'S A TREAT.
