A Hand Up for Women

A non-profit organization that helps women down on their luck turn their lives around with a 12 month program. They also get free clothing from the Clothing Room. They gladly accept donations to keep the program going.

Lift for Life

The Lift for Life event is a bodyweight competition for reps: Bench, squat and dead lift. There is also a ladies event for the fittiest female. The event is June 4th from 10am to 2pm at The Rush Fitness Complex located at 8445 Kingston Pike. There will be prizes given out for the top competitors.
