Two Women Arrested For Infant Abuse

Jefferson City (WVLT) -- Jefferson City police have arrested two employee's of the Noah's Ark Nursery and Preschool.

Angela Jane Day and Kimberly Ann Ball were taken into custody earlier today and each charged with child abuse.

On Tuesday, Department of Health Services inspectors discovered a 5-month old boy shut in a dark room with a pacifier taped to his mouth with packing tape.

    first of all; before jumpin to conclusions you first need to hear the entire story of what really happened!!!

    GOOD!! About time something started happening to these two psychos. I hope they are never allowed to be near children again, even their own if they have them
