Kodak (WVLT) -- A Sevier County man was arrested Saturday morning for a Kodak trailer park assault.
It happened around 6:30 AM when Joseph Remilong, 27, demanded money from his 49 year old mother.
When she refused he beat her up.
He then got in a 2004 Dodge Neon, and rammed his mothers 2007 Chevy Impala until it was pushed into her trailer.
Remilong left the scene and neighbors called 9-1-1.
Police stopped him nearby and took him into custody.
He has been charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated domestic assault, vandalism, and driving without a license.
His mother was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released with injuries to her head.
Bond has not been set.
