Knoxville (WVLT) - The Knox County student accused of taking a pellet gun on a school bus, is expected to be in juvenile court today.
Knoxville police are charging the Bearden Middle School student with disorderly conduct.
Authorities say they arrested the boy about 4:30 Monday afternoon near Northshore and Lyon's Bend.
Police say the bus driver called them after the pellet gun was discovered, it was unloaded but there were pellets in the student's bag.
It's unclear if the boy will face any disciplinary action from the Bearden Middle School principal.
