Knoxville (WVLT) - Knoxville Police are searching for a man involved in a hit and run crash in North Knoxville.
Officers say the driver of a blue Chrysler ran a stop sign at Chickamauga and Huron Tuesday morning and hit a Lincoln LS, pushing the car into a telephone pole.
The driver of the Chrysler got out of his car, left the scene, and was apparently picked up by a friend.
Police say the man may be seriously injured, because they found a pool of blood in his friend's vehicle.
The driver of the LS suffered minor injuries.
Charges against the hit and run suspect are pending.
