Knoxville (WVLT) - Police confirm the "Grandpa Bank Robber" has struck again.
Knoxville Police and the Knoxville Division of the FBI say a man went into the First Tennessee Bank on North Cedar Bluff at about 11:00 a.m. this morning and passed the teller a note demanding money.
They gave him a bag of money and he left on foot.
Dispatchers describe the man as white, in his mid 60s, with gray hair and stubble on his face.
He was wearing glasses, a dark ballcap, a light blue denim long-sleeve shirt over a striped polo shirt, and blue jeans.
Investigator believe this is the same man who robbed the same bank on October 1st.
In the October 1st robbery, he claimed to have a gun but no firearm was seen during either incident.
