Police Still Following Leads in Deadly Knoxville Stabbing

Knoxville (WVLT) - Knoxville Police have released the name of a man who was stabbed to death over the weekend.

Officers responded to a home on Bertie Rand Street in South Knoxville just after midnight Saturday morning and found 29 year-old DJuansay Freeman with stab wounds.

Paramedics took him to U.T. Medical Center, where he later died of his injuries.

Police did say over the weekend they were questioning a woman.

They say at this time, no one is facing charges yet and they are still following leads.
