Pride Of The Southland Helps Open Chattanooga Park

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Downtown Chattanooga's Miller Park reopened on a high note.

As UT's Pride of the Southland played, hundreds of folks gathered at the new and improved park. It took six months to complete landscaping, benches and walkways.

The city is implementing new rules at the park: no panhandling, no smoking, no pets without leashes and no skateboarding.
