Knox County (WVLT) -- The Knox County Sheriff's Department is working with the FBI to solve a late Saturday morning bank robbery.
It happened around 11:00 AM at the First Tennessee Bank at 11685 Parkside Drive near Campbell Station Road.
The Sheriffs department says a woman with her face partially hidden by a blue fleece jacket walked into the bank and showed the teller a note.
She didn't show a weapon, but she kept her hand in her pocket while demanding the money.
An undisclosed amount of cash was handed over.
The robbery then went to a nearby Weigels and got into a silver Ford Focus with a white male.
The woman is described as 5'5 about 140 lbs with long dirty blond hair tied up in a pony tail.
