Kentucky Minister Arraigned on Charges Stemming from Fatal Crash

WHITLEY CITY, Ky (WVLT) -- A southern Kentucky minister known for helping others is now accused of ending a life.

Miracle in Motion minister Claude Davis was arraigned before a McCreary County judge today.

He's accused of causing an accident on US 27 last June.

Abigail Marler, 45, died in the crash.

Davis is charged with Driving in a Wonton or Reckless Manner, but Kentucky investigators won't say what he was doing.

They say that will come out in court.

Davis is due back in court on December 4th.
