SEVIERVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Sevierville Police officers don't have much to go on as they look for suspects in the beating of a local man.
Sergeant Bill Barton says a woman called them Saturday afternoon to report a man being beaten in a yard on Ownby Drive in Sevierville.
Officers arrived to find Henry Christopher Michael, 27, with serious injuries.
Michael was taken to Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center, then transported to UT Medical Center by Lifestar.
He has since been treated and released.
Barton says the witness told them the suspects got into a small gree car and fled the scene after the attack.
Barton says Michael, who lives on Ownby just down from where the attack happened, told them he doesn't know who attacked him or why.
Sevierville Police encourage you to call (865) 453-5506 if you have any information.
