TAZEWELL, Tenn. (AP) -- The Highway Patrol says a Tazewell man crossing a highway on foot has been struck and killed in the Claiborne County town of Springdale.
Troopers say the victim was 57-year-old Max Faust.
The report says Faust was walking across U.S. 25E in a school zone where caution lights were flashing, but it was still dark yesterday morning.
No charges are expected.
