NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Some spots across Tennessee had freezing weather this morning.
The National Weather Service recorded subfreezing temperatures at three of its reporting stations.
At 7 a.m. Central time, the mercury had dropped to 32 degrees in Bolivar and Paris in West Tennessee.
The coldest spot was the Tri-Cities, where the airport temperature was 30 degrees.
Tonight's weather will be slightly warmer in western counties, but freezing weather is likely again in the northeast corner of Tennessee and in the mountains.
