Sevier County (WVLT) - Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for a string of rental cabin burglaries in Sevier County.
Officers say they arrested 23 year-old Jacob Reed on Thursday.
They say he was spotted in the process of burglarizing a home in the Cartertown Road area.
After the arrest, the Sevier County Sheriff's Department says they were able to tie Reed to 31 burglaries that have occurred over the past several months.
Most involved flat screen TV's being taken from rental cabins.
Reed is in the Sevier County jail charged with 31 counts of aggravated robbery.
Investigators say more arrests may follow.
