MORRISTOWN, Tenn (WVLT) -- A man on Morristown's 10 Most Wanted List is behind bars.
Terrance Elder, 34 years old of Morristown, was arrested at a residence on Carroll Road in Morristown Tuesday around 5:00 PM, according to Police Chief Roger Overholt.
He is charged with two counts of sale and delivery of crack cocaine.
He was one of only three remaining subjects on the run following indictment by the Hamblen County Grand Jury in August during Operation Extreme Heat.
Elder's being held in the Hamblen County jail on a $100,000 bond.
“He was another one tired of running,” stated Narcotics/Vice Detective Michael Hurt. “He indicated he was just waiting for us to come and get him.”
