KINGSPORT, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities in northeast Tennessee say they've heard a former Kingsport man who faces more than 50 child sex charges is being returned from Texas to face them.
It wasn't immediately clear where Donald Lynch would be held.
Lynch posted $200,000 bond in June 2004, walked out of the Sullivan County Jail and disappeared.
He was found October 13th in Matamoros, Mexico.
A judge in Brownsville, Texas, on October 22nd ordered Lynch sent back to Tennessee as soon as paperwork could be prepared.
Lynch was indicted on 11 counts of rape of a child, 38 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of aggravated sexual battery.
