That is an average of about $767.
In Knox County there alone there are 128 people who haven’t received their money which is worth a total of $88,171.
The county with the most is Shelby with 487 checks worth $552,070
The main reasons for not receiving your funds include checks that get lost in the mail or filers who changed addresses and did not file with the IRS.
