Knoxville (WVLT) -- The owner of a popular North Knoxville eatery has been arrested for sales tax evasion and theft.
Kenny Cecil Owen, the owner of Micko's at 5210 Schubert Road, was taken into custody on Thursday by special agents with the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
