KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) A court date for a Knox County man charged with shooting a Knoxville red light camera has been reset until February 7th.
Knoxville attorney Tommy Hindman was just assigned the case and said he needs more time to prepare.
Clifford Clark III, 47, is accused of shooting three bullet holes in the camera at the intersection of Broadway and I-640 in November.
After a search of the area, police say they found Clark with a deer rifle inside his vehicle.
He is charged with felony vandalism and reckless endangerment.
