KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) East Tennessee's four largest cities each set a record for warmth on Tuesday, but a big change is coming.
How big? Meterologist Scott Blalock is saying we may see snow by the weekend.
Here's the list of cities setting records.
Knoxville - 75 degrees
Chattanooga - 76 degrees
Oak Ridge - 72 degrees
Tri-Cities - 71 degrees
Temperatures will be a little cooler Wednesday, but still warm, with forecast highs in the mid 60's.
Even Thursday morning, the temperatures will be warm, but then start to fall.
By Saturday night, we could see some snow showers across East Tennessee.
Those snow showers could continue Sunday morning as temperatures struggle to get out of the upper 30's.
Blalock says upper elevations could see 1-2" of snow by Sunday evening.
