Some hotels are offering dining, dancing and rooms for special prices, and it's not too late for you to book one to ring in the new year.

This time of the year is about fun, but it's about business too.

"I don't want to say much about money, money, money, but that's what it's all about" said Ken Seaton from from the Grand Resort Hotel.

Hotels are looking for partiers to bring in business.

"New Year's Eve party up to us financially helps with winter. We hope to keep doing this for many years to come," Seaton said.

And if you're looking for a New Year's Eve celebration, Pigeon Forge might be the place for you at Grand Resort Hotel where they offer packages including food, bands and beds, and lots of others to make it a huge celebration.

"Most attendees are local within a hundred miles we do get some from Indiana, Georgia and Kentucky," Seaton said.

It's the 13th year that Knoxville's Crowne Plaza is giving you a place to eat drink and ring in the new year.

"Expecting to have a great time," said Ken Knight from the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

With surf and turf on your plate and music by "The Max."

"The band gets involved have huge dance floor so if you like to do that you can," Knight said.

The best thing about both deals is you can drink, but with a room included you don't have to drive.

"Need to be responsible for your actions so you can have a great time but be responsible," Knight said.

So you can enjoy the new year...2008...Which is just around the corner...So you better hurry if you're planning to party.

How about doing your research and just stating what is available, yes there are several but your article is useless. Thanks for adding to the unnecessary links, and making it that much more difficult to find something safe and fun for my wife and I. You gave absolutely zero examples of the "many things to do" I hope you are an intern.
