Knoxville (WVLT) – Knoxville police are still searching for a missing taxi driver.
Kyle Romine, 32 works for A Touch of Paradise Taxi.
He was reported missing Saturday morning by the cab company.
Later that morning, police were called to the 500 block of Surrey Road in East Knoxville where they found his abandoned cab.
"We are out of our minds," said Roger Fisher, the owner of A Touch of Paradise, "we've searched and searched. Every time one of the drivers goes out on a call, we've still got everybody looking if they see him somewhere."
Romine is described as a white man, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 250 lbs.
KPD says he was last seen at the Pilot on Cumberland Avenue wearing blue jeans, a green t-shirt with white lettering and black boots.
