LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Police in Louisville say that evidence suggests that a man whose remains were found in a house fire was a homicide victim.
Police spokesman Phil Russell said police are awaiting results of an autopsy.
Fire officials say the blaze was reported around five a.m. yesterday near Churchill Downs.
Russell says it isn't known whether the fire was intentional or accidental.
