Woman charged with attempted burglary, left license at scene

McMINNVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Police say a woman trying to break into a home left an easy calling card for them -- half of her driver license.

Kylie L. Grissom is charged with attempted burglary at a home last month.

The attempt was discovered when the home's owner found half of the suspect's driver license in the door frame, where it apparently broke off while she was attempting to open the lock.

Police said Grissom's name was on the broken half, and she told officers that she tried breaking into the home to find painkillers.
