Tornado Watch issued for Cumberland and Fentress

WARTBURG, Tenn (WVLT) The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for several counties in Middle Tennessee including Fentress and Cumberland Counties.

The watch will remain in effect until 1 a.m. central time.

A watch means conditions are favorable for the development of tornadoes.

The storm system moving through the area did produce tornadic activity in Arkansas and Missouri late Monday night and Tuesday morning.
