VONORE, Tenn (WVLT) -- One person is dead, and two others are injured in an accident on Highway 411, just south of Vonore, according to a Monroe County newspaper.
A reporter for The Monroe County Advocate and Democrat says the accident happened around 4:00 p.m. on Highway 411 near Wooldridge's Gorcery Store.
One vehicle pulled out of the grocery store and was hit by another vehicle headed northbound on Hwy 411, according to a Monore County Sheriff's deputy.
According to the newspaper reporter, a deputy says the angle of the sun may have contributed to the accident.
The two injured people were transported to U.T. Medical Center by the Lifestar helicopter.
THP troopers are investigating.
