Morristown woman makes Most Wanted list for second time

MORRISTOWN, Tenn (WVLT) -- For the second time in four and a half months, a Morristown woman has the dubious distinction of being placed on a MOST WANTED list.

Julia Shepard, 27, of Morristown, is wanted for arrest on aggravated burglary charges and evading arrest charges.

Morristown Police say Shephard burglarized a Morristown home on Embassy Drive on December 6th of 2007.

Police also believe Shephard fled from police Monday during a traffic stop.

Shepard was originally posted on the MOST WANTED web site in September of 2007.

She was charged with sale and delivery of crack cocaine during a police operation called “Operation Extreme Heat.”

She's currently out of jail on bond awaiting trial on those charges.

If you've seen her, call Cpl. Vicki Arnold, at 423-585-2710.
