How can it be an accidental overdose? I am sick and tired of this statement. Herion is an illegal narcotic that is addictive. It is illegal and has no dose value to it in a non clinical enviroment. The news trys to make it look Accidental Overdose? He took a drug that was illegal and it killed him. Does that make him a drug addict?
