CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- A mother and daughter from Chattanooga have been arrested and indicted on TennCare fraud charges.
The Tennessee Office of Inspector General says 45-year-old Nancy Murphy and 27-year-old Tonya Head are each charged with one count of TennCare fraud, one count of identity theft and one count of theft of services.
OIG spokeswoman Lola Potter says the two are accused of using a TennCare enrollee's personal information without that person's consent in order to obtain dental services.
