Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knoxville man is facing a second degree murder charge in connection with the death of his wife.
The body of Leoned Boulanger Cornwell, 43, was found in the parking lot of the ORNL Federal Credit Union on Magnolia Avenue around 6:30 a.m. this morning.
Her husband, Carlos Radal Cornwell, 36, was taken into custody at the scene, questioned, and later charged with second degree murder.
According to Knoxville Police investigators, the Cornwells got into an argument while at the ORNL Credit Union ATM this morning.
Leoned Cornwell got out of the car and Carlos allegedly backed up and ran over her.
Carlos Cornwell has had a prior record of domestic violence against his wife.
