DUI hearing for UT punter reset

Knoxville (WVLT) - UT punter Britton Colquitt will not be in court to answer to DUI charges until April 30th.

On February 29th, his defense attorney Steve Sharp asked that the hearing be rest.

A new date has been set for April 30th, at 9 a.m. in Knox County DUI Court.

UT punter, Britton Colquitt, is charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

Colquitt's February arrest was his fifth run-in with the law on alcohol-related charges.

UT Coach Phillip Fulmer has suspended Colquitt from the first five games of the 2008 football season.

    this is a waste of tax payers money he plays for UT nothing will happen
