NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Kentucky man has surrendered after being indicted last fall on TennCare fraud charges in Overton County.
State officials said Tuesday that Brian L. Fulton, 21, of Albany, Ky., had been indicted with 50 other people in the Upper Cumberland area. He is the last of the group to be arrested.
Fulton is accused of passing forged prescriptions at a pharmacy for various drugs and using TennCare to pay for them.
The 50 others were arrested last October. Doug Clark, owner of Clark's Medical Center Pharmacy, was charged with more than 100 counts.
