CROSSVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Two people were found dead inside a Cumberland County home Tuesday morning.
Firefighters were called to a home at 205 Cabin Lane around 9 a.m., according to the Crossville Chronicle. The newspaper reports firefighters said the home was already fully engulfed in flames making it impossible to enter and do a search.
Once the fire was out, fire investigators found two bodies inside.
The bodies are expected to be the homeowners, Carol Darling and her husband, Darrell, accoridng to the Chronicle. Positive identification has not yet been made, pending an autopsy to be performed in Nashville.
Tennessee Bomb and Arson investigators are helping local investigators search for a cause.
