KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- A Knox County grand jury will consider some serious charges against two Knox County men charged after fires were set in the Turkey Creek Wal-Mart earlier this month.
Jonathan Cody Baxter,18, is charged with aggravated arson and theft. Nathan Wayne Armstrong, 24 is charged with reckless enangerment.
The charges against both men were bound over to the grand jury Tuesday.
Knoxville fire inspectors have said they believe Baxter set several clothing racks on fire at the Wal-Mart on March 7th. They believe he stole the lighter he used to set the fire from the store. Armstrong was charged, because he allegedly did nothing to report the fires after they were set.
Both suspects were caught on Wal-Mart surveillance tape, according to inspectors.
No one was injured in the incident, but about 60 patrons and store employees had to be evacuated from the building.
