Search under way for two missing after boat capsizes

NEW JOHNSONVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- One person has died and two are still missing after a boat capsized in the Tennessee River.

Nashville's WKRN-TV is reporting that rescuers continue to search the river for Chris James and Brian Hamilton.

Kristi Brown, spokeswoman for Humphreys County sheriff's office, said emergency dispatchers received a call reporting the incident just north of the Tennessee River Bridge around 9 p.m. Saturday.

Six people have been rescued but one of them later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The boat capsized near New Johnsonville, about 86 miles west of Nashville.

Brown said the cause of the accident is still being investigated.
