GRAPHIC VIDEO: Police find horses dead, starving on Kentucky farm

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Police in Rockcastle County are investigating after the discovery of dead and emaciated horses.

Kentucky State Police say they received a complaint on Tuesday afternoon about the animals on a farm on Robinson Cemetery Road.

Police say they found five dead horses and 21 others in bad physical shape when they arrived at the farm.

The owner of the farm, 54-year-old Jerry Campbell, has been charged with 21 counts of 2nd degree cruelty to animals.
