MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WVLT) -- A Middlesboro, Ky. woman has been missing since Tuesday, has been found in a shallow creek in Claiborne County, Tenn. near the Tennessee-Kentucky border, according to Claiborne County Sheriff David Ray.
The sheriff says foul play is not suspected in the death of Billie Jean Hill, 64.
Hill reportedly had various health problems, and was confused, according to relatives.
She was last seen Tuesday around 10:00 a.m. She was spotted by a family member who says Hill drove to her home, but seemed confused and disoriented. When the relative went inside to get Hill some water, Hill drove off.
She may have been spotted a couple of hours later by a truck driver who reports helping a woman matching Hill's description. The vehicle description he gave police was a match, too. He said the woman seemed confused.
