KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- About 12,000 concert-goers packed Market Square in downtown Knoxville Thursday to hear Susan Tadeschi and local band Todd Steed and the Suns of Phere play Sundown in the City.
Knoxville police report filing 17 charges, and issuing 12 citations at the concert.
At least one person was taken to the hospital after suffering a head injury from a fall.

2 - Drug paraphernalia
1 - Providing alcohol to a minor
1 - Disorderly conduct
1 - Assault
1 - Juvenile charged with public intoxication and providing false information to a police officer.
